Professionally fitted.

A compact stainless steel lock with black and white base rings. We replace your cylinder with the included Universal Cylinder, fit your chosen keypad and install the Nuki Door Sensor so you can check whether the door is open or closed.

Smart entry, with a physical-key backup. The replacement cylinder comes with new keys, so you can still lock and unlock from outside—even if the battery is flat or your phone is unavailable. Your existing apartment-door keys are replaced by these new keys.

Will Nuki fit my existing door?

Ultra requires a cylinder replacement using the included Universal Cylinder. We check your door, cylinder dimensions, handle and clearance before confirming the package and fitted price.

Can I still use a physical key?

Yes. We replace your existing cylinder with the Nuki Universal Cylinder supplied with Ultra. Its new physical keys let you lock and unlock from outside, including when the smart lock battery is flat or your phone is unavailable. Your old apartment-door keys will not fit the replacement cylinder. We test physical-key access with you at handover.

What happens if the internet is down?

Local access methods such as Bluetooth, keypad, fingerprint and the physical key can continue to work, depending on the selected setup. Remote control needs an internet connection.

Can it work with Apple Home, Google Home or Alexa?

Ultra supports Matter over Thread for compatible smart-home systems. Integration requires the appropriate hub and setup, which we check with you before installation.

Is the Nuki Door Sensor included?

Yes. We include, install and configure the Nuki Door Sensor with every Ultra installation. It shows whether your door is open or closed in the Nuki app and can warn you if the door is left open.

    Once compatibility is confirmed, we’ll quote for Ultra, Door Sensor, your chosen keypad and installation.

  3. You choose whether to go ahead

    Review the quote before booking. We’ll agree an installation date with you.
