The Ultra package
One package, professionally installed.
Your fitted package includes Smart Lock Ultra, the Universal Cylinder, Door Sensor and either Keypad or Keypad 2. We fit the hardware, configure access and test the setup with you. Keypad offers code entry; Keypad 2 also adds fingerprint access for owners and regular users.
Ultra replaces your existing cylinder and comes with new physical keys. We confirm door compatibility and the full fitted price before you book.

Your apartment or villa door
We check the cylinder dimensions, handle, available space and how the door locks. Send photos before choosing the hardware.

Shared entrances and gates
An apartment-door lock does not automatically open the building entrance, intercom or car-park gate. Tell us how guests reach your front door so we can review the complete route.

Internet and remote management
Remote management needs a working internet connection at the lock. We check the planned connection and explain which access methods work locally.

Keys, charging and handover
We test the new physical keys and show you battery charging and access management. Keep a practical backup-key arrangement and a local contact for guests who need help.

Questions from rental owners.
Do guests need a phone or the Nuki app?
Guests can enter using a code on the Keypad or Keypad 2. They do not need the Nuki app for keypad entry. Send clear arrival instructions covering the building entrance as well as the apartment door.

Yes. You can set a start and end time for an entry code. The code works within the access period you configure. If a guest extends their stay, update the permission to match.
Can codes be linked to Airbnb or a booking system?
Nuki offers booking integrations through Smart Hosting. Supported integrations require a separate Smart Hosting subscription and setup; these are not included in the standard fitted hardware package. Tell us which booking system you use so we can check compatibility and any additional costs before quoting.
What happens if the property’s internet stops working?
Remote management will be unavailable. Previously configured keypad access and the new physical keys provide local entry options while the lock is powered and functioning. Physical-key access also provides a backup if the smart lock battery is flat.
